Where do the University-Rosedale candidates stand on issues of the environment, a just transition, and national Indigenous healing and reconciliation?
The impacts of climate change are present and intensifying here in Canada: heat domes, wildfires, flooding, drought. The recent report from the IPCC painted a clear picture of a "code red" for humanity -- a call for immediate, emergency action.

This event is part of the pan-Canadian and non-partisan initiative, 100 Debates on the Environment, led by GreenPAC in partnership with Canadian organizations and individuals across the country. The 2021 University-Rosedale debate is hosted by ClimateFast, Green11, Trinity St. Paul’s United Church, and the University of Toronto Students’ Union.
