ClimateFast

ClimateFast is volunteer-based non-profit organization that is dedicated to building strong, informed public pressure through education and civic engagement to ensure that the representatives we citizens elect, at all levels of government, take urgent, substantial and just action on climate change.

We are in a crisis and need coordinated action for deep cuts in carbon emissions. We must end fossil fuel subsidies, put a price on carbon and transition towards renewable energy.

We strive to build political will and persuade politicians to work towards urgent and substantial action on climate change. We sit down with elected officials at all levels of government and advocate for action on climate change.

We also engage Canadians through public education events such as kitchen table climate conversations, our film series (www.tcff.ca) and workshops on deputation, writing letters to the editor and speaking with elected representatives.
