Reusables in Restaurants

Join a webinar hosted by the University of Toronto Trash Team in partnership with Toronto Environmental AllianceGreen Neighbours Network and Enviromentum to explore the insights from our door-to-door research conducted with hundreds of foodservice businesses across seven neighbourhoods in Toronto. Discover how you can implement similar strategies in your own community.

Objectives:

· Present findings from research conducted with foodservice businesses throughout Toronto.

· Demonstrate the value of working with different environment and community groups to spread awareness among foodservice businesses.

· Learn about our successful approaches, from initial project planning to data collection, reporting, and community outreach.

· Inspire participants to replicate these strategies in their own communities.

We can’t wait to share more about our collective work to inspire reduction of single-use foodware in restaurants.
