Political Advocacy 101: Meeting with elected officials and powerholders

earn how to advocate for effective climate policy and make your voice heard with politicians and powerholders in your community

We're hosting a short training with Leadnow Digital Organizer and seasoned climate activist Kate Hodgson to help parents and grandparents in our network make the most of their meetings with elected officials.

Join us to learn more about key tips and tricks for engaging powerholders and making strategic demands, and hear from a few parents in the For Our Kids network who've met with politicians to demand action on policies and initiatives.

More info:

This will be a free virtual event open to anyone in the For Our Kids network and beyond who'd like to learn more about political advocacy. There will be some time for Q&A at the end, so bring your questions!
