Join scientific illustrator Dr. Julius Csotonyi in this free webinar where he’ll be teaching you how to draw Mother Trees — the largest trees in the forest who act as a central communication and nutrient hub for their tree neighbours! We’ll also be joined by special guest, Finding the Mother Tree author and UBC professor Suzanne Simard! She’ll be sharing stories about these highly interconnected beings, the social network of forests and the important relationship between trees and small but mighty fungi!

This one-hour webinar is open to people of all ages. We encourage teachers and their classes, students and parents to join the fun! All you need is paper, pencils, an eraser and pencil crayons.
