We are excited to be partnering with our friends at People Design Co-op for what will be an exciting sustainability primer and an exploration of practices and innovations in the space today, discussing some of the myths, barriers, opportunities and economics.

FutureBUILDS, a BIPOC Real Estate Development Incubator, seeks to support mid-career Black, Indigenous and People of Colour, who are interested in launching entrepreneurial ventures in real estate development. The goal of this initiative is to add new thinking, agility and ideas into the sector by engaging BIPOC entrepreneurs and innovators who are passionate about housing and building sustainable cities.
