young social impact leaders disrupt the status quo — and we all benefit from their innovative, fresh approaches to changemaking.

At Future of Good, we know there’s no shortage of incredible, young talent doing just this.  But we also know that the social impact world’s organizational culture doesn’t always support young leaders the way it could.

With the support of RBC Future Launch and MENTOR Canada, we’re hosting a digital conversation where you’ll hear from three audacious young impact leaders from across Canada about what it took for them to be where they are in their organizations today, and what a more empowering culture might look like coming out of COVID.

The panel is followed by 45 minutes of reverse-mentoring  — where you can apply to be mentored by a young impact leader — we’ll also explore how mentorship and mental health both play critical roles in uplifting young leaders creating impactful change within their organizations and sectors.

These conversations will help the social impact world better support and encourage intrapreneurship and how to create an enabling environment and culture for young impact leaders to continue pushing the boundaries towards impact. Don’t miss out — RSVP below.
