About the Seminar

The World Health Organization and the medical journal the Lancet have both called climate change the greatest threat of this century. We will explore how health professionals are working to mitigate and adapt to the climate crisis, and how others can use the health lens in their climate work.

About the Speaker

Dr. Samantha Green is a family physician at St. Michael’s Hospital and at Inner City Health Associates in Toronto. She is a Board Member with the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment, and Faculty Lead in Climate Change & Health at the University of Toronto's Department of Family & Community Medicine.
