Bell Let's Talk Day is a day that seeks to draw attention to mental health. Well, this year we're putting our money where our mouths are in offering this program, along with Fay Wilkinson, a Registered Expressive Arts Practitioner.
Art Journaling is not only beneficial for the stresses of living in quarantine, it can also help manage trauma, and as a mode of journaling can increase motivation and provide other mental health benefits.
