Come join the Beehive Design Collective for an outdoor workshop combining art, anti-racism, and climate justice!
Saturday August 5th, 2:00 – 4:00pm, at Christie Pits Park
The Beehive Design Collective is an activist art collective dedicated to “cross-pollinating the grassroots.” This workshop will use detailed art murals for participatory storytelling, linking together issues of environmental, economic, and racial justice, celebrating Indigenous rights, and showcasing countless inspiring stories from across the world of grassroots resistance.
Darius and Sakura have recently returned from an international tour of Australia, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan and elsewhere, meeting communities of resistance and inspiring people through art and solidarity everywhere they go.
Free event! ASL provided! See you there!
