Tenants facing COVID rent increases and dealing with chronic maintenance issues will attempt to personally deliver CAPREIT CEO Marc Kenney with the prestigious award.
Tenants are organizing with ACORN Canada, and are calling on CAPREIT, the city, and the province to stop the barrage of Above the Guideline Increases (AGIs)
