1. The Missing Middle wasn't such a strong concept in the previous elections and so much has been done since, and you are one of the prominent leaders of it - what are you the most proud of?
2. Looking into the future, 4 years from now, what does the MM discussion look like?
3. What was, in your opinion, the best recommendation from Ontario’s Housing Affordability Task Force report and why? What do you believe the outcome of this report should be (also in the context of the next elections)
4. While we know that increasing the housing supply in Toronto will lead to greater affordability in the future, are there strategies that can be paired with MM housing provision to ensure some units are affordable in the shorter term? How do we achieve Affordability and Sustainability? Two major factors you identified as crucial in housing. You also mentioned that we "won't build ourselves out of this crisis"' when needs to be done then?
5. You had a few deeply affordable projects approved and built in your Ward, what did you find challenging? What are some lessons learnt and takeaways?
6. If you could fix the housing crisis with a magic wand, what would you do?
