1UP Office Tour: 401 Richmond

8 80 Cities is a non-profit organization aiming to create healthier, more equitable, and sustainable cities. In 10 years, the organization has worked with over 350 communities over 6 continents, and partnered with global leaders in public health, urban design, transportation, and more.

The Centre for Active Transportation (TCAT) envisions a future of cities with clean air, healthier populations, and more accessible transport systems. The group is recognized as the pioneers of a sustainability project completed between 2018 and 2020 that ranked among the top 20 projects completed in Canada in that time frame.

Park People started with the question: “How can we all play a role in making our parks better serve people and neighborhoods?”. Since its founding, the organization has made an effort to answer this question by having expanded to over 800 groups across all Canadian provinces.

Join us with 8 80 Cities, The Centre for Active Transportation (TCAT), and Park People in a tour of their offices at 401 Richmond, Toronto's art & culture hub!

Please Note

This is a high school students-only event. Parents are allowed to stay on-site but we do not have the capacity to include them in our tour.
