It is difficult to adequately define what constitutes sustainable employment. Quantifying them is even more difficult. So, what do we do with jobs considered unsustainable or located in companies with high GHG emissions? Is it possible to transform the world of work to become sustainable? The answer is yes, and that requires a just transition.
