Toronto350.org is a growing group of dedicated volunteers, working to reduce climate destabilization. We are a local chapter of 350.org – an international environmental group, founded by Bill McKibben, which is building a global movement to solve the climate crisis.
We started in June 2012. We have planning meetings every Tuesday night, 7-9pm and generally meet at Steelworker's Hall, 25 Cecil St (near College and Spadina). At those meetings we decide on the campaigns we wish to pursue, as well as the activities we will run. If you are also concerned about the climate, you're welcome to join us. Email email@example.com for info.
The last Tuesday of every month is a potluck that runs 7-10pm. The location for the potluck changes from month-to-month - watch for announcements on toronto350.org.
