Toronto Chapter of the Council of Canadians

Founded in 1985, the Council of Canadians is one of Canada’s leading social action organizations with campaigns supporting democracy, clean water, fair trade and community organizing, mobilizing a network of 60 chapters across the country.
The Toronto chapter has its own climate justice campaign dealing with national as well as issues that are local to Toronto. We hold monthly chapter meetings, which are open to everyone, and publish a weekly calendar of local activism-oriented events.
