Mustard Seed - 791 Queen Street East, Toronto
Due to popular demand, we will be having a second consultation with the public on climate change. This event is kindly hosted by Mustard Seed.
The scientific evidence is clear: climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time and also one of the greatest opportunities. From increased incidences of droughts, to coastal flooding, to the expanding melt of sea ice in our Arctic, the widespread impacts of climate change are compelling Canadians, including Indigenous peoples, to think about viable solutions.
Julie Dabrusin, Member of Parliament for Toronto–Danforth invites you to provide your constructive ideas about:
a. How and where to reduce emissions
b. Ideas for new technology and job creation
c. How to put a price on carbon
d. Preparing for the impacts of climate change
e. General ideas on climate change reductions
We will be sharing our ideas publically following the event on the climate change consultation website.
