Taddle Creek Park, Toronto
The National Campaign Coordinator, Matthew Chapman will be in Toronto later this week for the Climate Symposium at York University. Matthew has organized a picnic meet & greet (small bites/drinks & a frisbee or two) on Saturday May 13th from 2pm till the party is over. We're changed the location of the picnic Saturday afternoon due to possible rain. The Quaker community - as accommodating in Toronto as they are in Montreal it seems - has offered their Friendship House (60 Lowther Ave) next to Taddle Creek Park (40 Bedford Road) as a refuge should rain force us inside. It will be an opportunity to connect and chat with others in Toronto interested in the Community Climate Hub initiative, and how it could help coordinate everyone's efforts for greater impact. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP to: Matthew Chapman <firstname.lastname@example.org>
