Energy East Panel Discussion "Energy East: The Longest and Largest Tar Sands Pipeline"

Wednesday, July 22, 2015 - 6:30pm

1101 Sandford Fleming Building, 10 King's College Rd., Toronto

Grassroots community groups and organizers sent in thousands of applications to the National Energy Board, asking them to include climate change in its assessment of the $12 billion Energy East pipeline project. Energy East is North America's biggest pipeline project and will dramatically exacerbate the climate crisis.

There will be speakers from Pembina and Toronto350, as well as other organizers from frontline communities, at the University of Toronto to talk about Energy East.
