The National Energy Board (NEB) is expected to come out with their decision on Line 9 on Thursday night. As the NEB has approved 99.9% of all tar sands related projects, we expect their decision to be a rubber stamp.
Rising Tide Toronto – alongside a coalition of groups in Toronto – are calling for people to gather as an emergency response to the NEB's decision.
