#EarthToParis – Coffee, Brunch and Climate Reality WATCH PARTY
General Hardware Contemporary (1520 Queen Street W)
Join us at General Hardware Contemporary (1520 Queen Street W) on November 14th for a 24 hours of Climate Reality drop-in watch-party. We'll be screening 24 HOURS OF REALITY and LIVE EARTH, a live web-stream showcasing a global day of action and music in response to climate change.
Hosted by Al Gore and The Climate Reality Project, the web-stream will feature artists and activists reporting back on climate action happening worldwide. We'll also be joined in person by members of the Step Up, Canada campaign and Mercy for Animals.
This year’s broadcast comes at a critical time, just before world leaders meet in Paris in December to create an agreement on reducing greenhouse gas emissions. We’ve never been this close to a breakthrough on climate action, and now it’s up to us to tune in and prove to politicians that the world is watching them.

Come for breakfast and stay for some great ideas (and a few petitions). In case you're peckish, Hearty Catering is providing gourmet organic breakfast items (vegan friendly) and fair trade/organic tea and coffee. We'll also be raffling off some goodies from our sponsors at noon (each guest will be given a free raffle ticket upon entry).
