Improved knowledge of and action for climate change, energy efficiency and conservation, and climate change mitigation and adaptation will be the basis for building a green, low carbon Ontario. Innovative educational approaches are needed to empower a new generation of climate- aware citizens. This EASO meeting will serve as a consultation on measuring and advancing climate change literacy, including discussion of a proposed survey, as well as tools, strategies, and resources.
